HAPPY HOLIDAYS

As this year ends, I'm gearing up for new exciting things to come in 2012: My colleague Sandra Pruefer and I are making good progress with the preparations for our Alaska wildlife documentary, and I'm editing last changes in the program for my 'Literay New York' Travel Tour, which I will guide in the spring. Other projects are flourishing as well. A good year, and there's even a better one to come. Happy Holidays!

My latest article for the German Art Magazine Kunst und Auktionen appears on August 26, featuring summer days in NYC: Alexander McQueen, Lyonel Feininger, and the young Mexican artist Erika Harrsch.

AUCTION NEWS

My new "Letter from New York" appears these days in Kunst und Auktionen in Germany, featuring Urs Fischer's 6 million record Lamp/Bear, an epic bid marathon at Christie's and Francis Alys' Story of a Deception. English translation under way.

POETRY

My poem "Blackberry Stains" has been published in the veinzine.blogspot.com Print issue to be released in June.
